The Son Unit (13, reads a lot of SF/F/H) says it's cool and that he likes the music.
I especially like the way you use architectural elements in the trailer to mirror the cover. The text, while a beautiful font, is driving me cross-eyed with the stretchy-shrinky zoom thing. This might be because I almost need bifocals but no so much that the optometrist will actually prescribe some. The sparkly star at the end is nice too. :)
I liked the music and the images, but the text starting out offscreen was driving me crazy - I read quickly, and it causes some sort of cognitive dissonance when the word starts offscreen.
The synopsis you have on the book's page did a much better job of selling me on the book.
Completely agree about the text making one crazy. As long as your using audio (music track) I would go with a audio narration instead of (or in addition to) some non-zooming text elements.
...
Now that I've read the text teaser/blurb, I'd be much more interested if that had been spoken narration over the images, especially as we are introduced to a character we can care about.
The images and music were really cool - but the floating text was annoying. It either moved too fast or was hard to read due to lack of contrast with the background image. Good idea!

As always, just my opinion.
