Had the second cataract surgery this morning. Immediately afterward, I felt like I had two eyes again, though the right eye's now doing what the left one did following surgery and become foggy and blurry (and is still fully dilated and thus sensitive to light). But all that should subside in a day or so, and I'll actually have binocular vision once more.
And gee, when I wake up, I won't have to fumble for my glasses to see anything. Of course, being old, reading glasses for close work will be required. :-)
