We're going to be celebrating the fantastic news that FC TOAST has been promoted to the MML (Major Musician's League) after literal decades of trying. The President of the MML issued this statement last night: "We really didn't want to do this, but they kept asking and asking and asking, and well, honestly we just got tired of listening to them gripe."

Steve ("One-Eye") Leigh, who is FC TOAST's goalie, most famous for allowing twelve chord changes get by him in the same game, said this: "It's an honor to be finally be part of the MML, even if we're in the Bar Band Division." Tom Steele, also a member of the MRL (Major Realtor's League) was seen celebrating alone at a downtown bar listening to a rival band. "They're not half bad," he said, "but FC TOAST, we are half-bad." It's rumored that Steve Gallant's and Dale Lewis's contracts will be renewed, as long as they both learn to play accordion. However, the owners of FC TOAST are contemplating lettng go of one of FC TOAST's two percussionists, Mike Russell and Tom Vogel. "Who needs two drummers. One is loud enough, especially that Vogel guy," they said. Rick Hagee will continue in his role as Stadium Organist.
