Had a great time at the Loch Norse Open Mic last night, where I read from CROW OF CONNEMARA and sang a few of the songs referenced in the novel (and had the audience sing the chorus of one with me). Too much fun!
Today I'll be at Millennicon, where (since I am somehow the Musical Guest of Honor -- some people obviously have no taste) I'll be doing a concert as well as providing some entertainment at the Masquerade as the judges are making their decisions. Then, on Sunday, I revert to author mode and will be doing several panels as well as reading from CROW. My schedule's on the post below.
I'll be away and busy most of the weekend. So here's a question you can answer in the comments so I'll have something to look at when I have a chance to check in over the weekend: What's the last thing you purchased, and why? Me? A hygrometer so I can monitor the humidity in my acoustic guitar cases.
