Anyone heading up to Windycon? If so, maybe I'll see you there -- and if you see me, say hello. Unlike World Fantasy Con, there won't be editorial meetings and dinners. I decided not to be on any programming, though I'll be talking to writerly friends there. I'm also taking along my guitar, as I'm planning on playing music with some friends as well. All in all, I'm hoping to have a fun and relaxing weekend!

This weekend? Hopefully a lot of nothing, by which I guess I mean housecleaning and shores and possibly a couple construction projects. Brian's working on building me a rotating compost bin thing, and a rain barrel, and I've got an idea for him I didn't get done in time for his birthday.

Next weekend: Philcon. We should both be on programming, and we're taking the child.

I shall be Theater Mom. :) DaBoy's high school is doing Footloose this weekend.

Feed the cast/crew tonight; snackage and backstage Friday and Saturday nights; in the audience Sunday; baking for concessions. I hope I will not be finishing a set piece/scenery at 6pm for a 7pm curtain like I was last year....

Somewhere in there I need to go cut stuff back in the garden, but they tell us we may have snow....
