More starling acrobatics to get food from the feeders for which they're a little too large. This one's using its wings to maintain its stance.

I've seen too-large birds flapping madly to perch on a bird feeder, but I've never seen one hang quite like that. Starlings, they have the stubbornness.
That's a great photo, especially the wing effect.

I like how it's also using its tail as a support on the bottom of the feeder. Damn smart birds!

I had no idea birds could bend themselves around like that. The things some birds will do for free food.
