CROW "done"!

I've just finished Draft D.1 of CROW OF CONNEMARA -- this is what should be (after a quick polishing pass that will be Draft D.2) the final manuscript, as long as Sheila (my editor) is happy with it. YAY!!! The manuscript currently sits at 120,200 words, and will likely stay around that, as the final pass-through will chip away some words and phrases, and add a few more, but will mostly be a wash as far as word count.

Now, if you signed up for my newsletter on the website, you were also just sent a link to the first 10,000 words of this draft, so those folks get a preview. Don't you wish you were among them? You could be still -- if you sign up in the next day or two, I'll forward the newsletter to you also. Just saying...
