I've seen him a few times since then.

Sadly, his good friend Mike Farinelli died suddenly in about 1999 or 2000 or so. They used to go to cons together as they married women who were mundanes.

Good guesses. Here's my take. Going left to right, you have Mike Farinelli (sp?), the back of Terry Matz, Phyllis Eisenstein, Dr. Jim, Megen, Alex Eisenstein, and the back of Denise.
