OFPOD - Three of a Kind

Today we have OFPOD poker: Joe Haldeman, Mike Glicksohn, and Ro Nagey at the table at Spacecon 1980. I can always tell the Spacecon pictures because of that distinctive wallpaper... Wonder if it's still there.

Is that the game where Ro came into the room and said, as he walked behind Mike, "Hey, what do three queens beat?"

It may well be, though I don't know for certain. I do remember the incident, though! :-)

I also remember a Spacecon poker game where Mike was complaining that, when he was visiting Joe in Florida, Joe said, "I know what you do wrong when you play poker," and then wouldn't tell him. "He was groveling!" Joe said gleefully.

So many good memories from that convention.
