The Republican Party has put up a big red billboard in Cincinnati. It says, very simply, "Obama is for gay marriage and abortion. Are you?"

To which I could only shrug and think "Why, yes. I am…"

Ironically, Romney is for aborting gay marriage.

That billboard is also on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I saw it this weekend on my way home). My reaction was identical to yours, with the addition of "because I'm not a self-centered asshole." The urge to sneak back with a can of spray paint was very strong.

I've seen that billboard in Detroit, too. It makes me laugh. With all the economic problems besetting Detroiters, that's they most they can hit Obama with.

I've seen that several times. It is SO bogus.

So, let's take a look at the differences:
gop: Bigots who think women are cattle
Dems: Support equal rights and think women are human beings with rights

I can't really see how this billboard could possibly hope to do anything but point out what idiots the gop are.

It's not so much that Republicans are stupid, but they're proud to be stupid.
