Here's an interesting site (with thanks to Ro Nagey for the link that led to this URL.) Do you have a favorite piece of regional slang? For Cincinnati, I like the use of "Please?" as a substitute for "What was that? I didn't understand you."
My favorites are the Boston (and points north) use of the term "wicked" meaning either 'good' or 'extreme', or the Aussie use of "right". I'm not sure I've got all the uses of that last categorized, but they sure get a lot of mileage out of it.
