The trick to London is to pretend that the pound sign is really a dollar sign. Then everything seems reasonable and even cheap... until, of course, you get back.

I want to write that up, but the semester started the day after we returned home, I have a book due at the end of the month, and, well, I've put it on the back burner for the moment. I'll get to it, though!
