I've never read it, so I'm interested. But I don't know which ebook format -- PDF Ebook, EPub Ebook, PDb Ebook, or Lrf Ebook -- is best for the Kindle. Kindle is AZW, but they don't offer that.

Alas, I don't know the answer to that one either.

Doing some quick googling, I learn that Kindle supports .AZW (Kindle-specific), .TXT, .MOBI, and .PRC. Amazon supposedly can convert PDFs for a .10 fee...

Pdf conversion is spotty -- it depends a lot on the individual pdf. Annoying, but it seems to be the best option. I wonder why that site doesn't like Kindles.

Is it that amazon won't share the .AZW format specs with third parties and allow anyone to convert text to that format? (Speculation on my part; I don't know the answer.)

I don't think so; there are .AZW converters out there.

I presume that the website -- whatever company that is -- wants to keep people on the site buying ebooks, so they don't just put the book up as a freebee on the Amazon site.

I downloaded the pdf. I'll convert it and see how it goes.
