Biology Experiment

Denise and I are currently in the middle of a biology experiment -- making the family yogurt (or 'laban' as her family calls it).  Waiting for the milk to cool a bit before adding the starter from her Mom's refrigerator.  We'll let you know how it turns out...

this (http://simnet.is/gullis/jo/Miscellaneous.htm) is the recipe I found - I have not actually tried it yet. For a source of Skyr, I'd be using some Siggi's Skyr (http://skyr.com/), which I currently buy at my grocer's (wegmans).
