Since I've just updated the front page of my website with this information, I thought I might mention it here -- though we're talking WAY in advance...

I've been asked to be (and have accepted) the Author Guest of Honor at Millenicon (March, 2010). I'll have a tough act to follow, since the GoH this coming year (2009) is John Scalzi, who is witty and creative and incredibly outgoing... and a very good and popular writer to boot! But hey, I have a year and a quarter to prepare, and I'll go spy on him this March and sabotage any particularly spectacular bits he attempts so I'll look good the following year!

So hey, if you'd like to come to Cincinnati in March, I'd love to see you there -- both years!

I found it weird and funny that on the main page of their website they have a seemingly important and strict no pet policy. i wonder if there is a funny ancedote as to why such a seemingly page 5 of the FAQ policy gets prominent front page status. or if the organizers just dont think pets and cons mix...
