From your LJ handle, I'd guess that asking "What? Are you new?!?" might fit here.

I rather think the idea behind the video is to prompt people to get out and vote, regardless of what the polls show. (I'll admit, I come to this conclusion without actually watching the video).

On the other hand, mizzlaurajean thinks it's all about the goat(s).
