I've been asked to be Music GoH at Applecon, a new Minneapolis con co-chaired by the fabulous ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mizzlaurajean and the scintillating lsanderson. Since I love playing music with the Mpls folk, among whom there are several much better musicians and entertainers than me, I've happily accepted. Wow, a whole weekend listening to and playing with a great crew of people... I can't wait!
But I have to wait a bit: Applecon will be April 11 - 13, 2008. Their website is now up and running, and you can get information, become a member, and get the lowdown on the hotel there.
Oh, I should mention the other guests of honor: the Writer GoH is S.L. Farrell, the Artist GoH is SLeigh, and the Fan GoH is someone named Steve. I, of course, don't know any of those people, but I'm looking forward to meeting them. This should be a fun weekend -- and I'd love to have you there to share it!
