Ooh, shiny...

In today's mail was the ARC (Advance Reading Copy) for INSIDE STRAIGHT, in which is my story "Incidental Music For Heroes." (ETA: I should probably have mentioned that INSIDE STRAIGHT is the first of the news series of WILD CARDS mosaic novels. If you don't know what the WILD CARDS series is, well, when you read this book, you'll know!)

Now I finally get to see how it really reads with all the stories together. I'm looking forward to that! And the rest of you... well, you just have to wait until January.

the hardcover will have a glinting gold metallic foil background, unlike the ARC, and it will pop on the store shelves.
