Kneeling is generally a sign of respect

If the NFL owners require their players to stand during the anthem, my hope is that 1) more players will kneel rather than stand in protest; and 2) the players will also sue the owners over their First Amendment right to free speech being abrogated. Look, people, you don't have to like or agree with the kneeling during the anthem, but it's being done as a protest against racial discrimination.
