Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to my own mother, who had to put up with a son obsessed with collecting turtles, salamanders, and snakes, playing loud music on his guitar, drawing pictures and taping them up on the walls of his bedroom, and writing strange stories.

And Happy Mother's Day also to Denise, who was the wonderful mother to our own children, who hopefully can now appreciate just how loving and supportive she was and is.
