MBP: Another fledgling, caught photographically the same day as yesterday's fledgling cardinal. This one's a male house sparrow (sorry, Maia...). The exposure's not great; the highlights are blown out beyond recovery, but I like the shot.
I've been seeing lots of fledglings in my yard. Yesterday there were two young goldfinches doing the "I'm the Baby Gotta Feed Me" routine while perched on the bird feeder. The adult male goldfinch that was eating from the thistle feeder finally gave in and fed them.
