Toast! at DeSha's in Harper's Point
Saturday, February 22, 7:30 - 11:00
Giant slalom. Curling. Half-pipe. Nordic Cross.Pink eye. Toast. Ridiculous names, all of 'em. But you'll be able to see the last one this Saturday at DeSha's.
Actually, if any of us in the band attempted any of those events at the Winter Olympics (except pink eye), we *would* be Toast, because we'd be nothing but a pile of broken bones at the end. That's even true with curling, because we'd be dropping that heavy ol' stone on our toes.
Athletes, we're not. Hmm... and if we have to be truthful, musicians, we're not either. But that has never stopped us from playing, nor will it this Saturday. We'll all be wearing our sequined outfits and skates and attempting the Triple Hagee, and you'll miss it if you're not there! And hey, it's likely to be as warm as it has been in Sochi.
So we'll look forward to seeing you this Saturday. And don't forget to tell us how lovely we look in sequins!
