I walked into the men's restroom. As I went to the urinals (all of which were open), I noticed that there was one other person in the room: a student in one of the stalls, peeing. As I was taking care of my own business, I heard him zip up and walk out…
I looked in after I'd finished. Yep. He'd gone into a stall to pee, hadn't lifted up the lid, and peed all over the seat. Hadn't flushed. Hadn't washed his hands afterward. I cleaned up his mess so the next person to use the stall wouldn't have to deal with it, and flushed the toilet, wondering how a person becomes this clueless and uncaring about people who come in after him.
Wish I'd seen who he was. First, I don't him touching anything I might touch, and I'd love to give him my opinion of his bathroom etiquette...
