Aikido on the Square

Aikido of Cincinnati will be doing a demo on Monday on Fountain Square as part of "Countdown to the 2012 World Choir Games". The folks running the Japanese booth there asked us to show up and toss each other around a bit, so if you'd like to see me and several other people sweating copiously and being thrown about, come on over to the Square around 1:30 PM.

Sounds exciting, doesn't it? :-)

ETA: It now appears that the demo will be at 1:15, not 1:30...
