Given the first few days, when Amazon outsold Borders six copies to one, I thought that Amazon would continue to be the main outlet for sales, but in the last two days, Amazon's sold two copies while Borders has sold four, so maybe sales from both will be about the same... We'll see. But either way, we're still waiting for those ravenous hordes of e-book readers to discover us. :-)
Haven't put it up on Smashwords yet; I've been waiting (still) to hear from the Apple application, and Smashwords is an Apple aggregator, so if Apple declines to let me put it up directly, I can get it on iBooks through Smashwords. Not my preference, though, since Smashwords will take an additional cut.
The page on my website for THE WOODS has been getting a fair number of hits (over a hundred since I put it up four days ago), but that's not translating into many sales so far. Still no customer reviews on either Amazon or B&N, either, though someone on B&N has given the book a rating.
