A follow up to my post yesterday regarding Jeanne Hébuterne and "my type"...
Yes indeed, Denise is very much "my type" also. In fact, here's a shot of Denise when she wasn't much older than Jeanne:
And just for comparison, here's Jeanne:
I found myself drawn to Denise the very first time I met her: the way she looked, her smile, her energy. Of course, being the high school nerd that I was and lacking the requisite social skills, I didn't actually ask her out until much later. My timing must have been good though; we've been together (except for one brief period in college) ever since.
