I decided long ago that high-ranking Republicans collectively have a neurological disorder that causes them to spontaneously spout mind-boggling hypocrisies without having any awareness of what they're saying.

That, and they've taking lying to such levels that they're not mere lies, but anti-truth. The truth and Republicans are like matter and antimatter. They just can't exist in the same place.

This one showed up on the John Stewart show the other night and I just died laughing. Also, he had a great clip of Bush in China who, when asked about the USA's current problems, said "I don't see the USA as having any problems."

The thing is, he really doesn't see it. He sees reality as whatever he wants it to be, and it has to be that way because he wants it.
