I prefer mustard on my dog

 Today's Pandemic World song is Procol Harum's "A Salty Dog." This was my favorite song to sing (way) back when I was playing in Bluestone Ivory, since as a band with a horn section, we could emulate the sound of an orchestra, which Procol Harum used in their live recording of the tune. I've used my 12-string with the shimmer reverb pedal on to give some fullness to the lovely chords (and it doesn't hurt that it moved the song down a full step...)
