Mark Davis and Steve Leigh will be combining their voices, their guitar skills (well, Mark has skills, anyway; Steve can strum), and their usual blend of quirky and cool tunes this Friday evening (the 13th!) from 7:30 - 9:30 at the College Hill Coffee Company, at the corner of North Bend and Hamilton. Mark and Steve are fairly sure they'll actually recognize each other, too, but just in case, Mark will be wearing a carnation in his tuxedo lapel and Steve will go for a summer dress with a hat he bought just for the Derby... or was it for the Royal Wedding? We forget.
But don't you forget to come to CHCC on Friday! Heaven knows Mark and Steve need all the support they can get. Once again, it's likely they'll be doing a few tunes that one of them has never played before. Request something, and who knows -- maybe they'll give it a shot even if they don't know the tune. And we promise that it won't be raining -- inside, anyway.
The Duo always has a great time playing together, but what makes a gig truly special is YOU! That's right -- you personally. So be there if you can!
