I notice that my good friend and fellow author David B. Coe is one of those Tor authors with a new hardcover book (and the mass market edition of an earlier book) coming out in February. Like other Tor authors, you currently can't buy his books from amazon.
So... here's what I want you to do. David's a great guy and a wonderful writer, and I want his books to succeed, damn it. So go to Barnes & Noble (or to your local brick-and mortar store, or to some other online source) and buy the paperback of The Horseman's Gambit, the second book in the Southlands trilogy (and if you haven't read the first book, The Sorcerers' Plague, get that too!), and because you won't be able to wait, you should also buy the hardback release of The Dark-Eyes' War, the final volume.
You'll be glad you did!
