I, too, won't be boring people with my attempts at improving my shape, but I've begun doing some form of working out every other day. I'm close to the heaviest I've ever been, don't like it and am hopefully fed up enough to make an impact. My biggest problem is curbing my intake.
Currently I switch between an aerobic routine and a strength training yoga routine.
