In the Pacific Northwest, it's currently 59-pushing-60. Perhaps likely to climb to something like 65 by 3 PM or so. The forecast for tonight is low forties.
Here in Wyoming it's in the upper 40s. It was in the upper 70s Saturday, maybe into the 80s, but temperatures fell 30 degrees on Sunday. Winter's coming. Don't complain too much...
We were missing a couple good friends from Mpls., but other than that glitch it was fun. Joe & Gay Haldeman were in, and they brought Rusty down from Dayton, and Hania was here from Toronto, and the Donats from Chicago (with Kristin who came from college with friends), and Ben, and the usual Cincinnati crew. Megen came down from Columbus, and Devon was there, and Guy had several people there from work. Quite a large turnout, and it was good that they have they new East short-term parking lot available. The 'special' chili this year was Goat -- it was good, too.
I'm of the opinion that it should never be above 75. And I actually prefer Fall and Spring when it's cooler than that. Winter I don't mind -- I figure I can always put on more clothes, and sitting in front of a fire is kinda fun and snuggly if you don't have to do it more than a few months a year.

Could we compromise on nice 75 degree weather most of the year?

Think of it as motivation.
